Access Door Model TM
Use: Drywall, Masonry, Tile, Wood
This all-purpose 16 gauge steel access door affords fast and convenient access for inspection or service to vital components of plumbing, heating, air conditioning and/or electrical systems. The TM is primarily used for new installations or remodeling on masonry, tile, wood or other wall surfaces. The exposed 1″ frame flange adds rigidity and conceals rough wall openings. The concealed hinged door is mounted to the frame and swings open for ease in servicing and results in a door always closing square in place. The unit is secured with screwdriver-operated cam locks, and a key-operated cylinder lock can be furnished in place of one cam lock. Nails, bolts or masonry anchors may be used to fasten the TM model securely in place.

Lock: Flush screwdriver-operated steel cam standard. Cylinder lock (with 2 keys) is available in place of one cam lock (at extra charge). Lock is key-coordinated to fit J.L. Fire Extinguisher cabinet as well. Also available in hex head cam.

Access Door Model TMS – Stainless Steel
Use: drywall, masonry, plaster
This J.L. access panel is of the same high quality design as the Model TM, except that it is made of type 304 stainless steel with a #4 satin finish. The TMS meets the requirements of hospitals, restaurants and other high traffic areas where appearance, durability and extra resistance to impact and corrosion are the prime concerns. The TMS is fabricated for use in masonry, plaster and drywall surfaces. Flush mounted screwdriver latches are standard and key operated locks are available.
