JJM Access Enclosures provides an acceptable method for allowing a smoke detector and heat sensor inside these restricted areas, yet serviceable from outside.
Our patented product has a UL labeled door, self-closing and self-locking; permissible for elevator wall construction in the elevator hoist way. We also provide an adjustable shelf to allow for horizontal smoke detector/heat detector mounting inside the enclosure.
Approved by the State Elevator Inspector and State Fire Marshal, our enclosures are custom made to your specifications. Prices vary on fabrication to your specifications and delivery needs. Patent Approval No. 09/497393.
